You would have to find a stand alone transmission controller if one exists even if it fits.

Well so I shouldn't even try to take it out the other car huh its a waste of time

Your going to put a 20 year old tranny in a 26 year old car ?? No mention of how many miles are an it ?? My advice is to pull the transmission out of the 92 and have someone to rebuild it on the bench ( tranny kit and front pump & torque converter ) is around 500 for parts & 400 to 500 dollars for the rebuilding on the bench Besides one tranny is made to be with a OBD 1 and the other with a OBD 2 ECM

Yes I would put it in my car if it fits that's all I need to know if it would fit because I don't have the cash to get it rebuilt because its not the same transmission that came with the car
