Engine swap 3.8 1st series to 3.8 series 3

Hello
I have a 1991 oldsmobile 98 with the 3.8 v6  series 1 ?
...motor is toast . i purchased a motor that came out of a 98
grand prix 3.8 supercharged v6 I belive its series 3
Will this new motor mount to the trans from the olds ?
What other issues should I look forward to

This engine will not work in your 91 Olds. The 98 model engine is OBD II while your 91 Olds is OBD I. They're completely different computer control systems and are not compatible with each other at all! You need an engine 1994 or older. Hope that helps! Jim
