Car wont start sitting about a year changed fuel pump, fuel filter regulator 4 fuel injectors and spark plugs 1/2 tank of fuel in vehicle

Did you drain all the old fuel out of the tank and pump all the old fuel out of the fuel lines? If not that's where I would look.

Ok. Need to make sure it is getting air, fuel and spark. First check your air filter. Is it new? Did a rodent build a nest in the air inlet blocking air flow? Now check fuel pressure at fuel rail. Also check to see if the spark plugs are firing. This will help narrow down your issues.

Opps didn't read you post, I was asking if it was fuel injected, Oldsmobile was the very last American car to have a carburetor, in I think 1990 or 91 but can't remember which Olds model
