I install hid kit on My Saab 9-3 1999 and the hig beams and the fog light not come on only the low beams work when i turn the switch to low i replace the switch i still have the same problem

you bought the wrong kit- tried to cheap out- you need the bi-xenon kit with the high and low beams in the same bulb-

That the one i have with hig and low but the hig beams i no workin It work when yo press the turn light switch back
