Air conditioning in 2003 9-3

My Saab 9-3 ..2003 air conditioning blowing hot air
I had condensing unit replacement 2 years ago and
blower replaced last year. Does it need Freon
charge? Or something else?

Probably refrigerant . Have a shop check it out to verify. With a 17 year old car, leaks are inevitable.
