I need to program a new key fob for my 2006 9 3 and need instruction

You need a GM Tech 2 scan tool to pair the key with the car. The cost in purchasing such a tool is expensive if all you want to do is program one key. Find a local garage that works on Saabs or a GM dealer. They can do it for you around $50 to $100, takes no more than 15mins.
