I have a 1990 chevy luminia (car) my blinkers stopped working but my hazards still work I have picture of what the relay looks like. . But I still can't find it. .do I have to take off the wheel

Check your fuses. My 96 lumina just had the same problem backwards, blinkers worked but hazards didn't. It was a blown fuse.
