.Engine Oil Consumption on Aluminum Block Engine w/Active Fuel Mgt

I purchased a used 2006 Saab 9-7X last September 2013 with 126,000 miles on it, it was not bad for the price but is now using some oil.  I found a TSB (#10-06-01-008A) on Engine Oil Consumption but I can not find the whole article concerning this matter, can anyone tell me where I can find the info?  I have been going crazy on the internet trying to find info, please help.  It now has 136,987 on it and I have had the oil changed three times (every 3000 miles).
