found a local dealer who offered the car of my dreams. I did my homework and went to test drive .dealer posted keyless entry etc . NO FOB. Is the dealer responsible to install since he advertised ??

The Dealer ALWAYS has an easy out in this scenario with the "Not responsible for typographical errors in our listings" that normally is posted on their website and/or newspaper ads. You can certainly try to haggle with them on that...if they REALLY want to make the sale, they'll agree to do it. Best of luck and Happy Holidays!

What you do is wait until the dealer has invested a couple hours into trying to get you to buy his car, then get up and say you're really upset about the missing key fob and walk out. 99% of the time they'll relent and give you a key fob to close the deal. This is where you play hard ball. They won't watch a deal walk out the door over something as minor as a key fob.
