I'm looking to purchase a used 2006 g35 coupe with
130k miles are these cars reliable

Better than average but with that many miles who can say without a comprehensive inspection?

They are decent vehicles. As long as somewhat regular maintenance was performed you will probably be fine.

Step up to the G37 if you can. Pretty good reliability.

nice, but think of it as a glorified Nissan. Had one, 2005 rwd auto. Fun, but high maintenance (brakes, tires @ 25k miles x 4 for the 100k miles that I had it). Also mpg is about 17 on a good day. Also, after about 80k on the odo it turned into a money pit. So, not to be a downer, but need to have this in mind.
