what is involved in replacing right rear toe adjuster for 2006 Infinity G35x

I took the car for wheel alignment. I was told to go to bodyshop because right
rear toe adjuster is broken/missing. Other alignments are seized. What is
involved in repairing it. Approximately how much would it cost?

unfortunetly they adjustment hardware seize into the bushings and the only way to repair this is to replace the arms that they go into
