Where did Jaguar hide the fuel filter on a 2003 S-Type 3 liter?

If you are interested in knowing a lot more, get a copy of Autodata (mention the fact I said get a copy, not purchase one! :) ). It has all the information you might need. I will check the software on work on monday and post back in case someone hasn't been faster than me. P.S. My 1999 Alfa did not have one at all, so this could be the case with your car P.P.S Did you try looking on the usual place? It is supposed to be between the tank and the fuel pump below the car. If one is present, it is usually located on the back end, between the rear axle.

The new Jaguar S-Type was introduced in 2000 as a lower priced mid-size alternative to the flagship XJ. The original S-Type debuted in the 1960s, and the 21st century reinvention had many similar styling attributes. The oval grille is the car's most prominent retro feature. The S-Type was the first engineering collaboration of sorts between Jaguar and its new owner, Ford. The S-Type shared the Ford DEW platform with the Lincoln LS. http://www.autosalvagefinder.com http://www.carsparefinder.co.uk http://www.breakdown-cover.net
The S Type jag fuel filter is well hiden, you will find it under the LH side inner guard on the fire wall. Remove the screws and clips that hold the plastic inner guade on and there you will find it.
Remove the black plastic wheel well arch surrounding front left tire its under there. On back side of floor about where your left foot would be if you was sitting in the car. You can turn the wheel to get to screws there is two under the car also two push type the rest can stay in just force the arch out of your way. You will need a special tool from part store about $5.00 bucks to remove the lines slip it over the line push tool and pull off thy just snap back on new filter no need to change or replace clips that come with new filter.
