Alarm

can I go to get into the vehicle I turn the key
on the driver side and the lock mechanism is
not popping all the way up it is causing the
alarm to go off and I am not able to shut it
off because I cannot get in the driver's side
it's the only door that shuts off the alarm the
ignition doesn't do it and I don't have a
remote anybody give me an idea of how to
get how to get this done

It tends to be worse when it's cold so I'm thinking that some mechanisms not like in the thing but I don't have a clue

I hate to be the one to break it to you- ("break it" get it?) but your Rover is pure junk and if this is the first problem you have had fasten your seat belt, there will be many many more-
