hi speed fan will not turn on when ac is on

low speed cooling fan turns on when heater is on. my temperature gauge
shoot up when i turn ac on, i noticed that the hi speed cooling fan will not turn
on what do i need to change? the cooling fan relay assembly or the engine
coolant temperature sensor?

Could be one or the other,change relay out with another in fuse box,that will let you know if it is the issue,but most of the time it want be the tempreture sensor if you are getting a reading on temp,im thinking bad radiator fan motor.
