Question type: General

The low gas low gas light was on. We
got it towed to the house and when it
was dropped off I tried to restart and
it started. I drove up the block and it
started to sputter. Could it be a
clogged fuel pump ? Thanks in
advance.

Could be a dying fuel pump or a clogged up fuel filter or clogged up fuel injectors or even clogged air filters.

Scott thank you I have ordered the pump and will have my mechanic put it in. Do u think because I allow the fuel level to run low it failed ?

Scott- do you know where the fuel filter is located on a 2004 HSE? I am having a hard time locating to replace it... Thanks
