When I turn on the A/C in my 05 hummer, the passenger side blows hot air but the driver side blows cold. What would cause this?

the venting to the passenger side is inop- it has come loose or a flap is inop or a squirrel is living in there- look under the dash- what do you see? is it furry and cute?
Does you ac have dual zone settings? ie driver and passenger?
Yes it's dual zone. I did some research and sounds like its the actuator. Don't know if its the motor or flap is stuck yet.
I think jamnblues might be right I would start there first and go from there.
I am having same prob. Have dash completely out, but don't know where the actuator is...
Bulmkt heres a link to the hummer forum that is disscusing the actuator replacment info: http://www.hummerforums.com/forum/hummer-h2-8/blend-door-actuator-replacement-19286/
H2 blows hot air on the passenger side on the other side blows cold air
accuator blend door usually is problem one is at bottom that's for driver vent other is just slightly to right of radio under vent duct for passenger had to remove most of dash and still couldn't really get to so unplugged and used short flat screwdriver to open
