Hummer H3 Model 2006, Engine Stop.

I have a repeated problem with my Hummer H3 Model 2006, and since I am
using it in Africa where Hummer service specialist is not available, I wonder if
I can be guided about the following problem that I am encountering: I get the
following message: ( Reduced Power Traction Failed, Service STARB
system),
Would appreciate the advice?

you need to get a new battery and a new or refurbished alternator. Make sure the alternator fits your same model Hummer. Watch this video and you can do it your self instead of paying a total of $600 to $900. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8u7C6nxNPrU

Your right it could be the PCM which you are looking at 1,000 plus to cost. It could also be a simple fuse or the mega fuse. It could be the harness connectors under the fuse box may just need some moving around. BUY a OBD2 DIAGNOSTICS SCAN TOOL, that should help
