How do you locate the driver's side sunroof drain port at firewall?

Asked by Boogeman Mar 22, 2015 at 04:09 PM about the 2006 Hummer H3 4dr SUV 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Having typical sunroof drain tubing problems.  Have cleared tubing as good as possible
without having two open ends.  Rain water is no longer leaking at inside headliner
openings, but leaks at inside firewall area above driver's left foot.  Have no idea where
through-the -firewall drain port is located.

It's very easy to find just look right under your steering wheel and you can pull it right out, just be careful with all the nasty water that's trapped inside ot it, I've attached some photos for you. Just drill out the little flaps and you'll be good to go, make sure to wrap it with some electrical tape when you pull the hose out.
