Ignition?what do I do now?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Okay my van was stolen a month in a half ago
there was only 2 sets of keys one was a spare and
the other one I had we go to the impound to get the
van and they have no key and unfortunate we don't
have my set anymore . How do we get a key for me
to be able to get my  van we already had the kia
dealer ship make us one and it don't work any
other suggestions I'm lost with out my vehicle

    seems like the idle adjustment (screw or stop?) suddenly failed or fell off. Engine will idle fine if I put something to stop the throttle linkage from retreating too far.
