2007 Kia Optima 2.4l. Have gas and spark, won't run.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No error codes. All fuses and relays checked. I noticed no check engine light when key is turned to  on position. 4 mechanics couldn't find problem. Any suggestions ?

If there is fuel and spark,it can be one of two thing,s,timing is off,or the ECM is bad,

I had the timing checked. It's okay. I even bought and tried another ECM. Is there something I need to due in order for the new ECM to work?

You may need to program the ECM to your car. Or if your car has a anti theft system it may need to be reset.
