Car wont start

Hi, i have a 2007 kia rio. My car cranks slow and the
battery termilal overheats and the car wont start. I
baugh a new battery but it does the same.. any idea
??

If the battery cable is getting hot that means the starter is drawing to much voltage,replace the starter.
