How do oi fix my power seats ?

my seats will barley move backwards they move forward but will only go back
to a certain spot and its real close i cant drive its so close to the steering
wheel the rest of the seats functions work just fine

So it's either the fore and aft motor or the seat adjuster assembly. As these can be very expensive new if you can even get one I would try a wrecking yard for a guaranteed used seat power seat adjuster assembly and replace the one you have with it. This means removing the seat and replacing the unit.
