I have a Lincoln town car 2007 and the condenser for the AC keeps going on and off and it doesn't stay on long enough for cold air to circulate, what might be the problem?

Low on freon. Have some added and you should be fine.

I hope you mean "Compressor" instead of "Condenser." Agreed - Low on Freon - check for leaks before you add any to the system.
