Removing a bolt from a torn bushing

I'm trying to remove the rear upper control arm bolt and as soon as I started
pulling it out the bushing shredded and pulled apart from the control arm
itself. Unfortunately the bolt is of course rusted to the bushing and I'm having
a hell of a time getting it off now that it is detached from the control arm, so
far I've tried heating the bolt up hitting it with the impact interspersed with
rounds of WD40 and such to try to get it to loosen up, any ideas would be
much appreciated as it's not going well.

What kind of heat did you use ? If it is the blue bottle ( propane ) not hot enough use yellow bottle ( map gas ) burns hotter.
