I have replaced the radiator a while back and now more times then not the

does the whooshing sound of the fan, This comes and goes . at times i see
the temp needle increase as the sound is happening but doesnt get to high

Your radiator fan has an electrically controlled clutch. First make sure that you plugged the clutch back in after replacing the radiator. If it still makes noise, get a shop manual and check the electric clutch operation

the radiator install was a few months back and everything was fine after . this a new problem and been looking into the Coolant Temp Sensor - Ford (3L8Z-12A648-A) which i believe controls the fan
