When you replaced the calipers, how exactly did you do it?

If your reservoir went low or empty, there is trapped air in the system. if your pedal is pushed clear to the floor and stops physically during this condition, you can damage the master. if you have abs, there is a bleed tool that is used in the bleed procedure. Trapped air can be bled carefully. open the lines at the master one at a time while a helper pushes the pedal with one foot under the pedal. close the line, repeat. start with the furthest reaching and end with the shortest. Operate the vehicle and the brakes on 4 jack stands repeating the procedure till you find the trapped air. all else there is to do is verify proper assembly or replace a damaged master. Towing to a brake shop on a ramp truck is safest.

after my pads and rotors were changed also fluid was changed I've not had a good pedal as it will go also to the floor. The brakes have been bled many times with the same results

I would suspect that your master cylinder is bad. Did you do the brake repairs and bleeding yourself or did a shop do it?

But what is your answer to "with or without ABS" ? What is your method for cycling the valves in the ABS valve block ? Have you already, with your methods, damaged the master internally ? If you can safely roadtest the vehicle, apply just enough pressure to come to a stop. no additional application pressure. Then evaluate pedal height. If you cannot produce acceptable pedal height by yourself, it is time to follow the correct procedure, replace a potentially damaged master, or seek professional help. In my experienced but humble opinion.
