I know this is a long shot. I dont know if someone have done this before. I have 2015 Lancer Seat laying around, I want them to get useful. Can I place them on my Integra 2000?

Did the Integra have side impact air bags in the seats? If so, don't replace the seats. Second, are they motorized seats? Not very likely the Lancer and Integra would share harness hookups. Third, compare the seat mounting points. They bolt to the floor. not very likely they share same mounting points, although you could probably rig up a new mount. But just remember when it comes to seats, they bolt to a reinforced part of the floor with grade 8 or grade 9 bolts for a reason. Those mounts are all that keep the seat (and you) from flying through a windshield in the case of an accident.
I don't think integra seats has side air bags and both aren't motorized either. Thank you for the info Ken. I would pretty much do a trial and error thing. My integtra is a commuter car, the seats that come with it is not very comfortable. Just want a comfortable seat for my 1 hr drive each way from home to school.
By all means, swap away, pull out the Integra seat and compare it to the Lancers. I'm assuming they won't directly swap, meaning you'll have to fab up a mounting bracket. The wrong way to do this is to drill new mounting holes into an un-reinforced part of the floor, first it won't be structural enough to keep seat held in place in case of an accident, second, you don't want to hit something (like a hydraulic or fuel line or wire harness. It's better to mount a metal bracket to the old floor holes, then mount the seat to the bracket. Angle iron would work for this but not very attractive, most home centers have metal tubing and angles you can buy and cut to length as needed. The Integra seat bolts will likely need a special driver to remove. If there is a seat belt sensor make sure that gets hooked back up.
