I put a down payment on a car of 500.  I tried to get financing but couldn't the
deal shop kept and would not refund my money if car gurus deal with people
like this Me and my friend will not ever use this site... It's not right to take
someone money   The dealership is auto kings Roseville cal

The crooks are the dealership not CarGurus. It clearly is not fair to keep a down payment if you were buying in good faith but refused financing. Ask the dealership to finance you. A Hummer is a POS anyway. Consider yourself lucky.
