What are the specs of the audio system(for the head unit and 4 speakers) of the 2007 Toyota Matrix? Thanks!

I checked everywhere online but I couldn't find the info. Toyota has downloadable e-brochures on their site but even those don't give the specifics of the radio. You may want to swing by a Toyota dealership and find out.

I would'nt know i have a 03 matrix and i took the factory unit out

The first radios in 2003 were a GM engineered radio and the CD players were unstable. The 2004 used a Japanese radio. There were no options. It's a basic stereo system with no bells and whistles. Change to an aftermarket
