My Ad has been removed and says Processing for the past 4 days

Good evening, my name is Halex Green and I have paid for my car to be
posted online for sale however for some reason my ad has been removed and
now says it's "Processing". Can someone please lmk how to proceed as days
are going by while my vehicle could be posted for sale or sold.
