Will the insurance accept my car after I wrecked it?

Asked by Alex Mar 28, 2016 at 12:54 AM about the 2007 Honda Civic Coupe EX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I crashed a car that I got last night, within 6 hours...
Within the process,  I flattened 3 out of the 4 tires,
messed up the front bumper, a bit of the mirror
black plastic thing kinda came out, and I blew out
the radiator. My family and I estimated it'll possibly
cost around $4000 to get it fixed, but will the
insurance still accept it as a drivable safe car? Also
how much do YOU think it would cost to fix it all?

Unless it gets a salvage title, a car can be insured normally- I have no idea what it will cost to repair it- you have to go through the usual channels, and have an appraiser from your ins. company write it up- in general, you will always have to pay for your mistakes- no way around it in this life-
