swaping a 2.5l for a 3.0l but dont know if the mounts will be the same

im doin the 4cyl to v6 swap but all i got is the engine dont know wat else i need to swap out engines.wandering if the motor and tranny mounts are the same plus im gonna put a turbo on the v6 but dont know where to look to buy one and also lookin for body kits for the car too and havin no luck so if you got any info to help a soldier out id be greatly appreciated thanks

i got the 3.0l from a friend of a friend for free but i dont know wat to put in that i wont hafta change the mounts with

The mounts will be different. If it's in the same family as the 2.8 that was put in the Fiero (60 degree V6), you can use mounts from a V6 fiero. Otherwise, you will probably have to make them, have them made, or see if they match up to another engine that people like to drop in the Fiero, in which case there is probably a kit out there somewhere for it.

A 3.0 what? Engine family is 3.4 single cam and 3.4 twin cam. Nothing else just bolts up. Advice: give up. Anything other than stock requires completely changed harness and trans from a donor Fiero. Probably a month solid of work. Too many v-6 Fieros around to bother.
