Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 87 fiero gt won't pass emissions hydrocarbons
are 2.48 and needs to be at or below 1.6 and nox
was 2.56. Needs to be at or below 2.5

A new catalytic converter probably would clear that problem up but you want to make sure it is not running too rich and that you tune it up.
