In the meantime I found a hint on pinterest - it might be a body-kit from Candy Apple Car (UK). The car is offered for EUR 3.000,- in an auction.

This was a conversion kit that was offered back in like the late 90's. It was all over the car mags back then. Not very expensive, much easier and better looking than most of the stupid Count-squash kits that are still around today.
