I want to know the same thing, but I am just as curious about the floor shifter. Seems I can find several out there with the t-tops, but not the bucket seats and floor shifter especially combined with the removable t-roof. My father-in-law owned ours since 1977 and you are the first person I have found with the same type of car.
Buicks.net has production numbers (124,498 2 door colonade coupes), but they don't break them down by options. Mine has the buckets and console, but a power moonroof instead of the Hurst hatch/ T-roofs.

If you are talking about the Buick Regal S/R? I had one in 1990, I got pulled over by a cop on the southside of Chicago, where i lived at the time. He pulled me over to talk to me about my car 1976 Buick Regal S/R with t-tops, Hurst shifter on the floor, with buckets seats. i remember the police telling me that only 750 were produced. that was a beautiful car, if I ever find another one, I don't care about price, I will buy it. I hope this help.
Good to know. I am ready to sell but not so sure about hubby:). It is all original pretty much. Love the car but there are certainly things we need the space for and we hardly ever get it out. It has a couple of things it needs but overall it is an amazing car.
