Does anyone know where to find out information for rusted out fuel lines? GM don't make fuel lines for my car anymore and I need too know how much it would be if I had them made set too factory specs. The place where I take my car said they have a guy who makes them. But I'm wondering how much would it cost plus labor too make them and install them.

Braided is not cost effective, -6 line (3/8" id)is about $7 per foot and the A.N. fittings range $6 to $20 each depending on the angle. Your best bet is to go with stainless or aluminum line. If you have it done a ballpark figure would be about $350 in labor plus parts.

I have purchased steel tubing from auto zone in the past. It is bendable if you are carefull. I think I wuold also be checking the gas tank for debris.
