my 07 honda Element drivers side window wont roll up. I hear the motor. it's not the fuse. HELP!

You are right it is not the fuse because you hear the motor working so the only thing you can do is remove door panel and take a look at what is going on. Would be just doing a lot of guessing with out taking the door panel off.

If it's not rolling up, and you hear the motor running, it's off track. You have to take off the door panel to put it back on. Some windows have a tab that help keep it guided, and it's shoddy plastic, could be the issue
