Engine warning light
I have a RAV 4 2007 and following a flat battery after a lengthy time of
inactivity, but having had no previous problems, the engine warning light and
check 4 wheel drive arming lights have come on. Does this require a reset?

Replace the battery. As long as you had no issues prior to the vehicle being parked, try clearing the codes and drive for a while. If the codes come back then you may have some issues to deal with. A car that sits can have issues develop too.
