Just replaced both fans on my 07 Honda
Accord. A/c fan comes on as soon as I turn
fan on but radiator fan has yet to come on.is
there n e thing else that could be wrong to
cause that fan not to come on?

Could also be a stuck closed thermostat keeping cold antifreeze on the temperature sensor side not telling the fan to come on. Is your heat gauge going up higher than normal?

Crazy idea but possible, have you tested this new engine fan that does not come on? New parts can be bad also. Directly connect this to the fan and see if it spins. No need to worry about polarity as the fan will run backwards also. It will not ruin it.
