can this car be tuned to get better city mpg this is 4 cyl engine

Dealor says 15-17 mpg is within facory specs should I take it to Honda direct people??

This is about right, you may find it improves as the vehicle gets a bit more miles on it. You could put a K&N air filter on it and switch to synthetic oil but I wouldn't change anything else.

I have an 05 Honda Accord EXL V6 Coupe with 31k miles and get 27mpg combined city/highway.With a 4 cylinder,you should be getting more like 20 mpg in city driving.Your car is definitely having a problem getting such poor gas mileage.
