After replacing coolant and thermostat on a 2007 accord, 2.4L, what could still be giving a po 128 code?

http://www.obd-codes.com/p0128 -- check this out for possible causes and solutions. Is your coolant level correct? Also could be a stuck open thermostat or cooling fans staying on to much at an idle.
I've checked that out. Like I said, I already replaced my thermostat and coolant. Fans are working correctly too.
Yes, short of replacing it. The wiring and harness look fine, no corrosion, etc.
