2007 Scion TC unlowering

I'm thinking of buying a 2006 scion tc and I'm
buying it for functionality. But the previous owner
lowered it by 2 inches. I feel like this just hinders
the vehicle and I would like to return it to its
original state. So is it possible and how much
would is cost?
