car wont start, engine cranks but wont turn over

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

wont turn over, ster fluid didnt work, battery is strong, any idia why wont start?
thanks for input.

could be relay but starter spray should have gotten it to turn over for a couple seconds at least so not sure?
