I have a 2007 Chrysler T&C that wont fill other than a trickle but if i blow
compressed air in the small vent line that attaches to the filler neck it fills fine.
What is the compressed air changing in that small vent line that is letting it fill ?

Vent line is probably collapsed and the air opens it up for a short time, or the compressed air forces open the tanks vent valve in the top of the fuel tank.
