ABS light /grinding noise

Only when my ABS LIGHT comes on it makes a terrible
grinding noise when i try and make a turn.

Either the ABS is working when you apply the brakes, or you have some brake problems or bad wheel bearing. Just needs to be looked at to see what the problem is. Having it scanned for ABS codes will tell you which side to look at, if it is a good scanner.
