Transmission service now drive problem

We replaced the transmission fluid and filter
in our 2007 GMC Sierra 1500 and after it now
has barely any power when we put it in gear.
Reverse is fine put drive is no good. We have
to give it like half throttle just to get it to
creep forward.

Did you put the correct ATF in the transmission? Check the fluid level.

    Sometimes truck will rev up but won't gonna over 15mph. Was told to replace transmission filter but not fluid. But that doing so I'd still have to replace transmission very soon
