How do i release tension on alternator to get the belt off a 98 acura 3.2 tl?

ac belt broke. i need to change it,tensioner pulley and alternator belt

There should be a square hole or a bolt head on the tensioner pulley where you can put a ratchet. This will let you move the pull to loosen the belt tension and slip it off.
