2008 Patriot AC

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2008 Patriot AC is no working.  When i turn the AC ON the clutch does not
engage.  Is there a fuse or relay I should check?  I looked at all the fuses under
the hood in the fusebox by the battery - all good.  I also looked at the relay box
next to the battery and behind the driver headlight, also all good.

First you want to check and see if any freon is in the system if no freon compressor clutch will not engage

Check the connection to the hi / low switch to find switch just look along the A.C system there is to wires running to it unplug and plug back in maybe making a bad connection if that does not work tap on switch with end of a screwdriver if it starts to work replace switch.

You mean use the screwdriver as a bridge to ensure connection, right?
