Over heating issue

Asked by Jeremy Apr 08, 2015 at 12:11 PM about the 1997 Acura RL 3.5 FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Upper hose gets hot lower hose stays
cold,tryed 2 new thermostats with no
luck and fans will not kick on.
Anyone have any ideas?

Odd as it sounds you may have a plugged radiator.

Someone else said that, should i have it tested?

Pull it out and have it dunked in the tank?

Or if it's to bad you may have to replace it, check to see which will be the cheaper of the two.
