Passenger window wont go up, if its a motor issue should i hear a noise? How will i know if its a fuse?

Passenger window wont go up, how
can i tell if its a fuse issue vs motor
issue? If its a fuse will the other
windows be affected? All windows go
up n down except front passenger

you'll have to pull the panel off and test for voltage at the motor , or you may find the regulator (track the window guides go up and down in) is broken , could be the switch , probably a modulator in there too , see if the motor gets juice , let us know what happens .
